style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la importancia de lograr una relaci\u00f3n equilibrada entre la potencia de soldadura y la velocidad de avance de soldador, para lograr el calor necesario que permita fundir a los metales a soldar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n mostraremos algunos <span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><em>errores frecuentes que permitir\u00e1n al lector, autocorregirse <\/em><\/span>durante las pr\u00e1cticas realizadas en su proceso de aprendizaje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vale aclarar, <span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><em>que los ejemplos presentados, corresponden a soldaduras realizadas en proceso MMA,<\/em><\/span> pero hay criterios generales que podr\u00e1n aplicarse al resto de los procesos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><b> Cord\u00f3n \u00f3ptimo: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tomaremos como referencia este cord\u00f3n. Podemos ver, que la forma del cord\u00f3n es arm\u00f3nica, lo cual demuestra buen desplazamiento del soldador. Por otro lado, vemos que la relaci\u00f3n entre el ancho del cord\u00f3n y la penetraci\u00f3n es \u00f3ptima.<\/span><\/li><li><b><\/b> <span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><b>Amperaje bajo: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el amperaje es bajo, no se lograr\u00e1 penetraci\u00f3n en el metal base, y la fusi\u00f3n del metal de aporte ser\u00e1 insuficiente. Esto generar\u00e1 un cord\u00f3n convexo y forma redondeada.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><b> Amperaje alto<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\">:<\/span> Si el amperaje es alto, ocurrir\u00e1 todo lo contrario. Tendremos excesiva penetraci\u00f3n, con riesgo de perforaci\u00f3n, y a su vez llevaremos al l\u00edmite la capacidad conductora del electrodo. Todos los electrodos, tendr\u00e1n un rango operativo de amperaje, vinculado principalmente a su di\u00e1metro. Cuanto mayor sea, mayor ser\u00e1 su capacidad de conducci\u00f3n de electrones.\u00a0 En la imagen podemos ver, que esta excesiva fusi\u00f3n generar\u00e1 proyecciones, un cord\u00f3n irregular, y habr\u00e1 dificultades para quitar la escoria de protecci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><b> Voltaje bajo: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El voltaje bajo, dar\u00e1 como resultado un cord\u00f3n angosto y con poca penetraci\u00f3n. Puede pensarse como que un bajo voltaje implica baja temperatura. En el caso del proceso MMA, el voltaje estar\u00e1 determinado por la distancia existente entre el electrodo y el metal base. A mayor distancia, mayor voltaje, y en consecuencia mayor temperatura. En este caso, una manera de corregir \u00e9ste error es aumentando la distancia entre el electrodo y la pieza.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><b> Voltaje alto: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este caso, la excesiva distancia entre el electrodo y la pieza, generar\u00e1 una excesiva penetraci\u00f3n y un cord\u00f3n irregular. El metal fundido ser\u00e1 depositado de manera ca\u00f3tica y har\u00e1 dificultoso\u00a0 quitar la escoria.\u00a0 La soluci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 acortar la distancia electrodo-pieza.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><b><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"> Avance lento:<\/span> <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la velocidad de avance lenta, tiene 2 efectos negativos: en primer lugar, generar\u00e1 un mayor consumo de material de aporte, ya que dar\u00e1 como resultado una elevada sobremonta.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vale aclarar, que lo que aporta\u00a0 resistencia efectiva a una uni\u00f3n soldada es aquella fusi\u00f3n que se da en la ra\u00edz de la soldadura, toda aquella sobremonta que queda en la cara exterior, no aporta resistencia alguna a la uni\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El segundo efecto negativo, que genera un avance lento, es que se afecta t\u00e9rmicamente en exceso la zona de la uni\u00f3n, generando un debilitamiento en la zona aleda\u00f1a de la uni\u00f3n.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><b> Avance r\u00e1pido: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">una velocidad de avance excesiva, independientemente de que la configuraci\u00f3n de la potencia sea correcta, generar\u00e1 un cord\u00f3n muy fino y con poca penetraci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section acero inoxidable tambi\u00e9n se oxida.
