Estos nombres se han popularizado, a pesar de no ser estrictamente correctos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La confusi\u00f3n surge, debido a que el fundente granular de protecci\u00f3n utilizado en el proceso de arco sumergido, se denomina \u201cflux\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FCAW es un proceso de soldadura por arco el\u00e9ctrico en el que el arco se establece entre el electrodo tubular continuo y la pieza a soldar. que opera en toda posici\u00f3n y utiliza como el CO 2 como gas externo,\u00a0 y el E71T-5C\/5M, que es un tubular con fundente b\u00e1sico y tambi\u00e9n utiliza CO2 como gas externo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FCAW es un altamente eficiente proceso adaptable a soldadura semiautom\u00e1tica o mecanizada, capaz de producir metal de soldadura de muy alta calidad a alta velocidad de deposici\u00f3n y para la soldadura de uni\u00f3n y de recargue. Se utiliza en las industrias de fabricaci\u00f3n de recipientes, naval, aeron\u00e1utica, de movimiento de tierra, construcci\u00f3n civil y otras estructuras.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><b>Combina la productividad de un alambre continuo con los beneficios que otorgan el revestimiento de un electrodo manual o el fundente en SAW.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><strong>LA GRAN VENTAJA<\/strong><\/span>, adem\u00e1s de prescindir del tubo de gas accesorio y brindar la posibilidad de soldar al aire libre, es su diversidad: tienen la posibilidad de fabricarse con un sinn\u00famero de composiciones qu\u00edmicas diferentes, tanto en su relleno como en el metal depositado, en cantidades a elecci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es un proceso continuamente mejorado con el desarrollo de fuentes de poder m\u00e1s simples y menos pesadas, torchas m\u00e1s livianas y m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as y alambres de di\u00e1metros cada vez m\u00e1s
