Al solidificar se obtiene la uni\u00f3n metal\u00fargica.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><b>Es un proceso de tipo manual<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\">:<\/span> es decir la intensidad de corriente se regula con el equipo; el soldador regula el voltaje de trabajo y la velocidad de avance del electrodo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fuente de poder, puede ser de corriente alterna (CA) o continua (CC) provista de los controles necesarios,\u00a0 y se conecta por un cable a la pieza y por el otro a la pinza porta-electrodo, en contacto con el electrodo propiamente dicho. El calor producido funde el metal base en la vecindad del arco y el metal de aporte, que en este caso es el mismo electrodo. De esta manera se establece una pileta l\u00edquida o ba\u00f1o de fusi\u00f3n, que va solidificando a medida que el electrodo se mueve a lo largo de la junta, generando nuevos ba\u00f1os de fusi\u00f3n en forma continua.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la soldadura manual el amperaje quedar\u00e1 fijado aproximadamente por el di\u00e1metro del electrodo y el voltaje de trabajo por la longitud del arco, ambos par\u00e1metros asociados al tipo de revestimiento y dise\u00f1o del mismo. La energ\u00eda aplicada podr\u00e1 variarse a voluntad (ciertamente restringida) mediante la variaci\u00f3n de la velocidad de avance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una reducida velocidad de avance (cordones anchos) provoca un mayor aporte de energ\u00eda por cent\u00edmetro y con ello un mayor calentamiento local de la pieza (que en muchos casos podr\u00e1 ser beneficioso desde el punto de vista metal\u00fargico) y en cambio una mayor velocidad de avance se traducir\u00e1 en un menor aporte de energ\u00eda y de calentamiento zonal (que en otros casos podr\u00e1 ser indispensable ya sea desde el punto de vista metal\u00fargico o bien para disminuir deformaciones). Variaciones involuntarias en la longitud del arco (distancia electrodo-metal base) tambi\u00e9n implicar\u00e1n variaciones en el calor aportado.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los equipos de soldadura de CA son b\u00e1sicamente transformadores reductores de la tensi\u00f3n, de relativamente bajo costo comparado con los de CC.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section calor aportado en la uni\u00f3n es directamente proporcional a la potencia de soldadura e inversamente proporcional al tiempo que permanece ese calor en una zona determinada (velocidad de avance).
