La protecci\u00f3n del arco se efect\u00faa por medio de un gas que puede ser inerte <\/span><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><b><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\">(arg\u00f3n o helio: proceso MIG &#8211; rodeando el tubo de contacto, una tobera de cobre encausa y dirige el gas protector. Un tubo de contacto permite gobernar la salida de alambre y de gas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d- Un tubo de gas, con reductor de presi\u00f3n, precalentador (en caso de utilizar CO2) y medidor de caudal GMAW puede ser utilizado en formas semiautom\u00e1tica (el soldador hace avanzar manualmente la torcha) y automatizada (se hace mec\u00e1nicamente) y para la soldadura en toda posici\u00f3n para todos los materiales comercialmente importantes como aceros al C, de media y alta resistencia, inoxidables, aluminio, cobre, titanio, etc.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b51f50b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b51f50b\" data-element_type=\"section\" 400;\">Soluciona la limitaci\u00f3n del electrodo de longitud limitada de SMAW puede soldarse en todas las posiciones.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Velocidades de deposici\u00f3n marcadamente superiores a las de SMAW.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Velocidad de soldadura muy mayor que en SMAW (electrodo continuo).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menor n\u00famero de interrupciones en los cordones.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se obtiene mayor penetraci\u00f3n con transferencia spray que con SMAW<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se requiere m\u00ednima limpieza post soldadura por menos salpicaduras.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es un proceso de bajo hidr\u00f3geno, adecuado para grandes espesores<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los soldadores de SMAW ya est\u00e1n entrenados, aprenden r\u00e1pido.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas ventajas lo hacen apto especialmente para aplicaciones de alta producci\u00f3n y automatizadas.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-94d25f0\" data-id=\"94d25f0\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div 400;\">El equipo para GMAW es m\u00e1s complejo y costoso y menos portable que el utilizado en SMAW.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es dif\u00edcil de utilizar en juntas de dif\u00edcil llegada.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El arco debe ser protegido de las corrientes de aire.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limitada variedad de alambres disponibles (los materiales que no pueden ser trefilados, no podr\u00e1n estar disponibles para este
