style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es la posibilidad de que dos o m\u00e1s materiales se unan en un \u00fanico cuerpo, dicho esto podemos decir que:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLa soldadura es un coalescencia localizada de metales o no metales producida por calentamiento de los materiales a temperaturas de soldadura, con o sin la aplicaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n o por la aplicaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n solamente y con o sin el uso de material de aporte\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, los metales est\u00e1n conformados por estructuras muy peque\u00f1as denominadas granos, los cuales est\u00e1n separados entre s\u00ed por los llamados l\u00edmite de granos y a su vez se mantienen unidos debido a los llamados enlaces met\u00e1licos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tama\u00f1o, la forma y la disposici\u00f3n espacial de estos granos, definen las propiedades de los diversos metales: (punto de fusi\u00f3n, conductividad el\u00e9ctrica, conductividad t\u00e9rmica, dureza, etc.).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e44acee elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e44acee\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de las maneras de alterar la posici\u00f3n y comportamiento de los granos, es a trav\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n de temperatura, cuando se incrementa la temperatura, \u00e9stos empiezan a vibrar y buscan separarse el uno del otro. Cuando la temperatura es tal que los granos dejan de atraerse entre s\u00ed, los enlaces met\u00e1licos desaparecen, y el material pasa a estado l\u00edquido, esa temperatura es la que conocemos como punto de fusi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto explica por qu\u00e9 los metales al calentarse se expanden (aumentan su volumen) y al enfriarse se contraen (buscando volver a su estado inicial).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\"><strong>Dicho esto podemos advertir que:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El proceso de soldadura inevitablemente necesita que el material llegue al punto de fusi\u00f3n para poder soldarse de manera genuina.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sin embargo, aplicarle temperatura a un metal implica modificar la posici\u00f3n original de sus granos, y esto va a afectar las propiedades del mismo, es por ello que la zona aleda\u00f1a al cord\u00f3n de soldadura va a estar afectada t\u00e9rmicamente y es lo que conocemos como ZONA AFECTADA POR EL CALOR.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #27d33c;\">La ZONA AFECTADA POR EL CALOR (ZAC), entonces es la zona que se encuentra a los costados del cord\u00f3n de soldadura<\/span>, y podremos reconocerla visualmente de manera muy f\u00e1cil, en el caso del acero al carbono y el acero inoxidable veremos una zona viol\u00e1cea que nos indicar\u00e1 esquem\u00e1ticamente los l\u00edmites de esta regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dicha ZAC es la zona m\u00e1s cr\u00edtica del cord\u00f3n de soldadura, y las propiedades de la uni\u00f3n estar\u00e1n definidas sobre todo por las propiedades del material de aporte (en los casos en lo que se aporte) y la zona m\u00e1s vulnerable a los esfuerzos mec\u00e1nicos ser\u00e1 justamente la ZAC. Es por ello, que las uniones soldadas que fallan, suelen romperse en las zonas aleda\u00f1as al cord\u00f3n de soldadura, quedando \u00e9ste intacto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De todo lo dicho anteriormente deriva un famoso refr\u00e1n que circula con frecuencia en el ambiente de la soldadura el cual afirma que: \u201cLa mejor soldadura es la que no se hace\u201d, dado que soldar inevitablemente implica cambiarle las propiedades originales al metal base y eso parad\u00f3jicamente altera la capacidad del material ante ciertos esfuerzos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-dae3409 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"dae3409\" data-element_type=\"section\"
